How About This For An Album Title
Artist: Soulwax
Album title: Most of the remixes we've made for other people over the years except for the one for Einstürzende Neubauten because we lost it and a few we didn't think sounded good enough or just didn't fit in length-wise, but including some that are hard to find because either people forgot about them or simply because they haven't been released yet, a few we really love, one we think is just ok, some we did for free, some we did for money, some for ourselves without permission and some for friends as swaps but never on time and always at our studio in Ghent.
Or this...
Artist: Chumbawamba
Album title: The Boy Bands Have Won, and All The Copyists and The Tribute Bands and The TV Talent Show Producers Have Won, If We Allow Our Culture To Be Shaped By Mimicry, Whether From Lack Of Ideas Or From Exaggerated Respect. You Should Never Try To Freeze Culture. What You Can Do Is Recycle That Culture. Take Your Older Brother’s Hand-Me-Down Jacket and Re-Style It, Re-Fashion It to the Point Where It Becomes Your Own. But Don’t Just Regurgitate Creative History, Or Hold Art And Music And Literature As Fixed, Untouchable And Kept Under Glass. The People Who Try To ‘Guard’ Any Particular Form Of Music Are, Like The Copyists And Manufactured Bands, Doing It The Worst Disservice, Because The Only Thing That You Can Do To Music That Will Damage It Is Not Change It, Not Make It Your Own. Because Then It Dies, Then It’s Over, Then It’s Done, and The Boy Bands Have Won.
Album title: Hey Man... Smell My Finger
Album title: This Is It and I Am It and You Are It and So Is That and He Is It and She Is It and It Is It and That Is That
Album title: You Can Tune a Piano but You Can't Tuna Fish
Album title: Big Willie Style
Album title: Ten New Songs
Album title: Whoa, Nelly!
These were some of the titles that made the list of '50 Worst Album Titles in History'. Any objections?

After over 700 characters of text and 150 over words, Chumbawamba were finally finished...and satisfied. After all, they are the current record holder of the longest title for a major label album. They must be proud.Artist: George Clinton
Album title: Hey Man... Smell My Finger
"We'd rather not..." (NME, 2009)Artist: Marnie Stern
Album title: This Is It and I Am It and You Are It and So Is That and He Is It and She Is It and It Is It and That Is That
Well, least it has a nice rhyme.Artist: REO Speedwagon
Album title: You Can Tune a Piano but You Can't Tuna Fish
If I can't tuna fish, then I guess I'll just eat it.Artist: Will Smith
Album title: Big Willie Style
"What was he trying to imply, exactly?" (NME, 2009)Artist: Leonard Cohen
Don't we all wonder...lol!
Album title: Ten New Songs
"Laughing Len gets no marks for effort." (NME, 2009)Artist: Nelly Furtado
Album title: Whoa, Nelly!
"Just makes us think of elephants on the loose." (NME, 2009)
They might have been making reference to Nellie the Elephant.Either way, it's hilarious!
These were some of the titles that made the list of '50 Worst Album Titles in History'. Any objections?

Genesis Chapter 1
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. It's almost like magic. Don't you think?
2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

Oh...Screw It!
The drain cover of my house was stolen yesterday. And in broad daylight, mind you.
My maid had gone out to buy some stuff, and when she came home, she was shocked to discover this:
She was only away for 20 minutes! Surprisingly, my rottweiler, who is ever so sensitive by the slightest movement, didn't even bark. Pfft. I guess she wasn't meant to be a guard dog.
According to my aunt, a drain cover can fetch for about RM100+. And the stolen ones that are resold only cost RM30. Geez...why didn't I think of selling the drain cover myself? I could have pocketed a cool RM70 if I bought a stolen resold one to replace it. I think I could make a living like that. I buy them cheap and sell them at a profit. Ahhh...life could not have sounded simpler than that.
Screw deciding on doing a second major.
Screw thinking about whether I should carry on doing Arts units.
Screw my degree.
Screw my university education.
Just SCREW IT ALL!!!
Anyway, I blame the oil price hike for the stolen drain cover. So who exactly is still in support of the ridiculous price hike?? I cannot imagine anyone to be, unless you're a government servant, of course.
Nyeh.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar
Hey Z! I reckoned this post might interest you, so I guess I'll just dedicate it to you. Lol.
Look at what I found in my garden a few days ago...
A caterpillar!
I got to witness a caterpillar munching (It 'munches' right, Z?) off a leaf for the very first time and it's the cutest thing ever! It eats really really fast! But it takes really long breaks in between munches.

It rained for a bit, and when it stopped I came out to check on the caterpillar and found it hanging like that ^.
The caterpillar reminded me of this book:
My favourite book when I was a child. =)
I'm sure everyone read that book when you were all teeny, tiny and whiny!
Look at what I found in my garden a few days ago...
What?! It's not like I get to see one every day in my very own garden! And plus, I don't think I've ever seen one so huge!

Anyway, my maid moved it to another plant opposite my house cause it had apparent balded my mum's plant. So I guess I won't get to observe the metamorphosis. Boohoo.

A Dilemma
...but it isn't mine.
Given a hypothetical situation:
2 brides/grooms stand at the alter. One is head over heels in love with you whereas you are willing to step in front of a moving train for the other one.
So who do you choose to be your lawful wedded wife/husband; to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do both of you part?
I'm doing this as a favour for a friend. So please vote; and if possible leave a comment justifying your reason.
Thanks mates. =)

I 'Ken Lee' Without You
Hilarious!
Actual lyrics:
No I can't forget this evening
Or your face as you were leaving
But I guess that's just the way
The story goes
You always smile but in your eyes
Your sorrow shows
Yes it shows
I can't live
If living is without you
I can't live
I can't give anymore
I can't live
If living is without you
I can't give
I can't give anymore
You can search YouTube for Mariah Carey's response, after hearing that rendition of her song.

Licence-less & Penniless
I just drove all the way to uni without my wallet. And I realised after I parked my car in Monash's parking lot. So now, not only had I driven to uni without my license, I have no money to pay for my parking ticket. Woopee!
This is retarded.
This is retarded.

'I Might Even be A Rock Star!'
*Breathes in, breathes out*
Ahhh...I can breathe again.
I had a terribly nervy day yesterday (Thursday). 2 presentations in 1 day was enough to leave me gasping for air after suffering an anxiety attack. (Overly exaggerated.) Okay, so I ALMOST had an anxiety attack. (I enjoy being melodramatic. So what?)
Anyway, that's not the real story.
I know I said I'm on hiatus, but I just had to blog about the most bizarre compliment I received. (Haha. Don't get me wrong Lin-Dy, I really do appreciate it. No doubt bizarre, but I love it! So THANK YOU!)
After delivering my second presentation that day (Well in actual fact, I was really just reading off my presentation notes.), I sat back down and my friend immediately turned to me and asked, "Do you sing?"
I looked at her, dumbfounded, and replied, "No." Slightly intrigued, I asked, with eyebrows raised, "Why?"
"Oh, cause you have a singer's voice. Your voice is very sharp and clear."
I wore my weirdest smile and in between snickers, I responded, "Oh really? Erm...Oookay."
Nyeh. Laugh all you want now; but once I start my coaching lessons and one day become a rock star, I can almost guarantee I'll be having the last laugh.
So Tiff, you'll become a famous dancer/politician while I'll become a famous rock star, and we'll both take over the world! With all the 'ka-ching' we'll rake in, we can build our conjoined homes on the 800 acre piece of land you plan to acquire (or was it 8000 acres? Frankly, I think 800 is way too much already.).
Oh Sean, you're always welcome to stay with us. I'll build a shack just for you, and I'll situate it right next to Zelda's kennel. *wink*

"Ju, you never fail to make my day."

Dignity
This is Sean. This is Sean in Topshop.
This is Sean in Topshop wearing......
Well, I'm not at liberty to say as I've been ordered to keep mum because Sean just registered for an inter campus prom thingy organised by Nivea.
And so, he has to live up to his 'Mr Metro' reputation and keep his dignity in check, or whatever little he has left of it.
Cheers Sean. *wink*
